All appointments at The Summit are made through our friendly, front office staff.  To schedule an appointment, get more information, or just ask questions, please call at 678.893-5300. Our front office staff also provides registration for social skills programs and all other programs or events.

Learn About Fees For Services and Client Assistance Funds (CAF)

The Summit does not accept insurance or file insurance.  However, we do provide a statement and receipt to clients that includes all the data your insurance company would need to provide reimbursement if the services are covered under your policy.  Please explain the fees for services and the possibility of reduced fees based on need.
